Amritanshu Balani is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He attended University of Rajasthan to pursue bachelor’s degree in commerce. He has passed the intermediate examination held by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“ICSI”) and also holds a certificate of practice issued by ICSI. He has an experience of over five years in the field of legal and compliance. He is the sole proprietor of A Balani & Associates, which offers secretarial, compliance, consultancy, intellectual property rights and other allied services.
