Jaman Lal Sharma, aged 50 years, is the General Manager - Operations of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from University of Rajasthan. He was previously associated with our Promoter Group entity M/s. Jajoo Exports in the capacity of general manager with effect from April 1, 1997 and was transferred to our Company with effect from April 1, 2023. He is responsible for overall operations as well as raw material and finished goods management in our manufacturing units. He has an experience of more than two decades in operational and material management. He has received a remuneration of ₹ 0.52 million during the Fiscal 2024 and has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2023.
