Baij Nath Mali, aged 69 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Rajasthan. He holds a master’s degree in commerce from University of Rajasthan. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. In the past, he was associated with Office of Accountant General of Rajasthan at Jaipur in the capacity of a quasi-permanent auditor, Janpriya Cement Limited in the capacity of company secretary and finance controller, Thar Cement Limited in the capacity of company secretary, Binani Cement Limited in the capacity of consultant – accounts and Bharat Potteries Limited in the capacity of consultant – accounts. He is responsible for handling secretarial matters of our Company.
He has been appointed as a Company Secretary of our Company with effect from June 30, 2023. Further, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held on August 16, 2023, he was appointed as the Compliance Officer of our Company. He has received a remuneration, of ₹ 0.16 million in the capacity of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company during the Fiscal 2024.
