Rahul Sharma is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He has completed the social auditors certification examination organised by the National Institute of Securities Markets. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“ICAI”) and also holds a certificate of practice issued by ICSI. He is the sole proprietor of ‘M/s. Rahul S & Associates’, which offers secretarial and compliance consultancy services. He has an experience of more than six years in the field of secretarial and compliance consultancy services. He has been associated with our Company since April 25, 2024.
